A Tempo Livre organizes on May 7, at 9:30 am, at EB1 Oliveira do Castelo (Guimarães), a training with the theme “Rope jumping as a form of coordinative, rhythm and expressive development” aimed at teachers, physical exercise coaches and athletes.
With this training guided by Ângelo Santos and Catarina Guimarães, specialized Rope Skipping coaches, the aim is to transmit the necessary knowledge to provide extremely useful learning situations in the development of coordination, rhythm and expressiveness, through jumping rope.
This training is certified by the IPDJ, awarding 0.8 UC.
Participation is free with mandatory registration.
