Survey carried out by the Sports Studies Center of Tempo Livre assessed the level of satisfaction of users with the facilities and services of the municipal cooperative, indicating 'trust' as the word that defines it. Respondents also indicated a level of satisfaction above 80% in more than half of the topics that served as the object of study.
O Sports Studies Center Tempo Livre conducted a survey to assess the level of satisfaction of its users with the facilities and services managed by the cooperative.
The study analyzed eight topics among more than 500 respondents, focusing on
Inatel Pavilion – Almor Vaz, in Scorpio, on the Athletics Track and in the complexes
of swimming pools in Guimarães, Moreira de Cónegos and Brito.
The word trust was at the top of the respondents' responses, and
professionalism and quality were also highlighted with a high percentage.
The location and quality of service revealed satisfaction indicators in the
order of 90%, as well as the evaluation of the quality/price ratio and the
competence and professionalism demonstrated by Tempo's human resources
Book.
The dissemination of the activities of Tempo Livre and the facility hours were
subject to greater variation in satisfaction levels, but with positive reactions.
In a comparison with the values resulting from the survey carried out in 2023, the areas of communication and the price/quality ratio of the services provided stand out,
such as those that experienced a considerable increase in satisfaction levels.
