GYMNASTICS ACADEMY
The Gymnastics Academy is a monodisciplinary sports facility, dedicated exclusively to the practice of gymnastics disciplines: Rhythmic, Artistic, Acrobatic, Aerobics, Trampolines, GPT – Gymnastics for All, Hip-Hop and well-being activities.
The entire building was built with the most modern environmental protection techniques, being one of the first sports facilities in Portugal near carbon zero, providing around 1.000 m2 of area for sports practice, spread across a 700 square meter space dedicated to gymnastics training, and a set of multipurpose rooms for training and other types of activities.
It also has a bench for 150 seats, a bar/rest area, a medical office, an administrative area and a vast outdoor parking area.
Timetable
Monday to Friday: 9:00am-13:00pm and from 14h00-21h00
Saturdays: 8:30 am - 17:00 pm
